AI use cases

The AI use cases section catalogues concrete deployments of artificial intelligence shipped in the wine industry today. Where the parallel AI potential section is forward-looking — sketching what might land in two to five years — this section is grounded in what is already in production: products that customers can buy, services that producers are paying for, and pilots that have left the lab.

The section is organised into the same three pillars used throughout the site:

• Viticulture — deployments in the vineyard.
• Winemaking — deployments in the cellar.
• Wine business — deployments between the cellar door and the drinker.

Each entry, as it is written, will name vendors and operators where disclosure is possible, and describe the underlying technology in enough detail to be useful to a practitioner evaluating it.
